The School Board of the Graford Independent School District met in a regular meeting, Thursday, November 29, 2007, at 7:00 p.m., with the following members in attendance: Jakie Long, Matt Biery, Hal Brown, Eddie Laney, Mike Pendergraft, Ronnie Ranft and Chance Welch, Superintendent.

 

President Jakie Long called the meeting to order.

1.         Motion by Laney, seconded by Brown, to approve the passage of an order authorizing the issuance of the District’s Unlimited Tax Refunding Bonds, Series 2007; providing for the sale and delivery of the Bonds; levying an annual ad valorem tax for the payment of the Bonds; calling for redemption prior to maturity certain outstanding obligations of the District; and enacting other provisions relating to the subject.

            The Graford ISD School Board went into closed session at 7:56 p.m. and came out at 8:12 p.m.
