Password Expired

For security purposes, your password will expire periodically. If your password has expired, you will be redirected from the Login page to this page before the Announcements page is displayed. You must update your password before you can access txGradebook.

To change an expired password:

  1. To access this page, you must attempt to log on to txGradebook after your password has expired. From the Login page, enter your user ID and password and click Login. Instead of going to the Announcements page, you will be redirected to this page.

  2. In the Old Password field, type your last password (i.e., the password that has just expired).

  3. In the New Password field, type your new password.

  4. You may not reuse your last password.

  5. The password must be six to nine alphanumeric characters.

  6. Three out of every four characters must be one of the following: uppercase, lowercase, numeric, or punctuation.

  7. Your password is case-sensitive.

  1. In the Confirm Password field, retype your new password exactly as you typed it above.

  2. Click Submit.

  3. If you have entered any data incorrectly, a red asterisk will appear to the right of each field that has incorrect data. You must provide the correct data before you can continue.

  4. If you have entered the data correctly, your password will be changed, and you will be redirected to the Announcements page.
