New Student Registration

New Student Registration:

Enrollment in Graford ISD is done online through the Ascender Parent Portal Click here to create Ascender Parent Portal Account to begin the registration process. you will need to upload the following documents. 

  • Parent Identification (Valid Government-Issued Photo ID)
  • Student Identification (Certified Birth Certificate)
  • Child’s Immunization Records
  • Child’s Social Security Card
  • Proof of Residency Current Utility Bill dated within 2 months prior to enrollment. Electic, gas, or water bill showing name and physical address of person enrolling student. (Cell/Phone, Cable/Satellite, Waste Bills are not accepted) Builder’s Contract signed by both parties.  Lease Agreement or Deed of Trust signed by both parties.
  • Last Report Card for elementary and HS Transcipt for grade 8-12

If you are an existing Graford ISD family who needs to register a student new to GISD, please login to your Ascender Parent Portal and under New Student Enrollment click Create Account to go to Create Account page where you can create an account and then enroll a student. Follow the instructions for creating an ASCENDER ParentPortal account.
